Halo

A small aquarium layout featuring Halo, 55L, by Rajan Bhaumik. Tropica Substrate and ADA La PLata Sand set the depth lines of the frame.

Read the stone and wood (Tropica Substrate, ADA La PLata Sand, Collected rocks, Senganni Roots) as visual pathways before judging the plant mass. The plant list (Micranthemum tweediei, Cryptocoryne pygmaea, Anubias barteri 'Petite', Bucephalandra sp) favors slow-growing epiphytes; packing the foreground too dense can make the tank feel heavy. Frosted Vinyl Film substrate helps stabilize root-zone nutrition in the early weeks.

Custom WRGB light, 20 watts lighting sits at a moderate-to-high technical level for this small aquarium. Eheim Classic 2213 filtration needs enough turnovers without blasting the hardscape; browse matching filters.

Livestock (Horadandia brittani x 20) fits this small aquarium — prefer species that will not dig up the substrate and wreck hardscape lines.
